Fitz Stir Fry Lunch

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine Quorn, green beans, cauliflower/broccoli, and half the soy sauce in a large pan.
  2. Cut up the Kombu into small bits (easiest to do with scissors) and soak till soft.
  3. SautŽ without oil in non-stick frying pan all the other ingredients (onion, red pepper, peanuts, shitake, hot sauce, garlic, rest of soy sauce).
  4. Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
  5. Separate into 7 storage containers and freeze.
