Fitz Stir Fry Lunch

Ingredients:
- 1 bag of Quorn (330)
- 1 bag of Sliced Green Beans (125)
- 1 bag of Cauliflower and Broccoli (360)
- 2 oz peanuts (340)
- 3 strips of Kombu (36)
- 1 large onion (60)
- 1 red bell pepper (30)
- 1 container of shitake mushrooms (about 18 mushrooms) (180)
- 2 tbsp Wheat Germ (100)
- 1 tbsp Brewers Yeast (120)
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
Directions:
- Combine Quorn, green beans, cauliflower/broccoli, and half the soy sauce in a large pan.
- Cut up the Kombu into small bits (easiest to do with scissors) and soak till soft.
- SautŽ without oil in non-stick frying pan all the other ingredients (onion, red pepper, peanuts, shitake, hot sauce, garlic, rest of soy sauce).
- Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
- Separate into 7 storage containers and freeze.
