10/28/2005 - Wow! They're Playing Our Song!
An acquaintance of mine wrote me yesterday to say he'd heard a DJ playing our song "What Do I Get But Nothing" in a bar in Georgetown recently. I was shocked. Someone we don't know is playing out music because they like it???
I'm sorry, but I find that amazing. There's still a part of me that deeply doubts any notion success in this band endeavor. My analytical side keeps saying "No problem, just keep at it", but the demon of doubt are forever speaking the contrary.
Time will tell...
