How the Supreme Court is constitutionally justifying the Federal Governments ability to regulate home grown marijuana is beyond me. If someone grows it and uses it inside their home how can interstate commerce POSSIBLY be involved???

Sigh.. So that's it. It's constitutional if they feel it's important enough -- regardless of what the scrap of paper in the National Archives building says.
One battle at a time. Let's get gay marriage up and running, then we can go after this silly "war" on drugs business. I've never used the stuff myself, but boy do I agree we should legalize it. Time to send another check off to the ACLU I suppose...
