4/4/2003 - Cold at Camden
Went to a ball game in Camden Yards on Friday. It was way too cold to be sitting in metal chairs, but at least the rain held off till we left the park. Oh, and I almost bumped into conservative commentator George Will as he was scurrying from one of the concession stands. He looked much smaller and frailer in person.
Celebrities aside, it was a good time. Vaccaro's death by chocolate was over the top, as was Jay's impersonation of Mr. Vaccaro's portrait that hangs at the entrance. We're thinking about going back and spending a whole weekend in Baltimore. Its such a different place than DC. Filled with scruffy, blue collar men and possessing a laid back atmosphere, Will and I have even entertained the idea of moving there.
