5/30/2002 - A Shining New Zentropolis
This site needs work. A mishmash of coding errors, outdated links, and design flaws it has needed a redesign for a while now. I'd hoped to surprise everyone with flashy new CSS-based, DOM-compliant, XHTML Vunder-site, but just haven't had the time. So a new notion has hatched upon me.
Instead of doing it all at once I'll slowly transition to a new design in front of everyone letting them see it being built, and using the changes as content for the blog. Aha! Faking a redesign as content! Now that's the ticket!
And so it begins. If you take a trip to the Journals page you'll see completely revised content bereft of any styling or decoration (but with cool new movies added). This will spread slowly to all the other pages until the site is cleanly organized and well coded, but bland in appearance. Then the colors and images will start creeping back in.
I've no idea how long all of this will take.
I reserve the right to stop half way thru and never finish.
Turtles will not be part of the redesign.
Suggestions along the way are more than welcome.
