A Week of Revelry
7/7/2001
Tuesday I went out with Drew and some of his friends to Freddie's for some serious drinking. These days "serious" means anything more than 3 beers ( A sad commentary on just how much of a lightweight I really am ). It was an excellent time, and we were all sloshed enough to almost do the karaoke ...

In my Drink
Make me Happy...
For the Fourth itself Drew threw another great party with quite the crowd (even Jimbo ). Again too much drinking and too many chips. There was a vicious croquet game that featured wresting, dish-smashing, and enough cursing to keep even a jaded observer like myself interested.
Beer and mallets. A wise combination?
After the game we planned to ride into the District and see the F I R E W O R K S , but it started pouring rain, so we whimped out and just watched them from the front porch.
Still, a really great time.
I've got pictures, and as soon as I get them developed I'll post a few.
In Darker News:
This article scares the hell out of me. Essentially, a man writes his disturbing sexual fantasies in his personal journal. He does not in anyway distribute or make public these stories. The police seized this journal from his home, and are now sending him to prison for obscenity!
INCREDIBLE!
The Ohio officials who perpetrated this act should be rounded up, de-loused, and exiled to a Third World Nation where they would better fit in.
