Could last night's episode of Buffy have been any better? Why didn't they have such cool shows on when I was a kid? I know it will never get the critical acclaim of some dull PBS docudrama, but Buffy really is an insanely great show. How it arose from such a lousy Movie I'll never understand.
Site note: Yes I know the Mobiscope has been inactive for days. I plan to be retool it with a wireless camera on the balcony and living room in the next few weeks.
The Napster vs Metallica controversy continues. I have seen more rants, raves, and even flash animations against the band Metallica. For the life of me I can't understand why? The logic of these people seems to be that because Metallica is rich they don't deserve to have their intellectual property protected like everyone else. Huh?!!? WHAT THE HELL KIND OF LOGIC IS THAT?
My response to these insipid opinions is always the same. I write the author of the editorial (or flash film or whatever) and tell them I intended to take their content and republish it as my own. I mean, after all, the web is a free place right, and I'm not rich... I could use a little extra cash, so its ok right?
So far none have written me back, so I guess its ok.
